Join us the 1st Friday of every month at the Dayton Metro Library – Vandalia Branch from 8:00-9:00am. This is a relaxed and enjoyable way for professionals to expand their networks, share experiences, and potentially discover new opportunities for collaboration and growth. It's a low-pressure setting where meaningful connections can develop naturally. Enjoy Warehouse 4 Coffee, breakfast sandwiches, and Jim’s Donuts. Bring your business cards and be entered for door prize drawings as well! 

The Vandalia-Butler Chamber of Commerce WINgs (Women In Networking growing stronger) has become the largest Women’s Networking group in the Miami Valley. WINgs launched in 2008 with a mission to support, encourage and challenge other women to strive for continued growth and strength in every facet of our professional and personal lives through organized networking.  It is our commitment to be a successful, interactive organization with uncompromising integrity. We hold our meetings on the first Wednesday of each month from 11:30am to 1:00pm. Lunch is served at 11:45 often followed by a Guest Speaker or activity at noon. Friendly networking follows and our meetings end at approximately 1:00.  We say “approximately” because some stay later to network with others, and some need to leave before 1:00 to return to work.

Sponsored by Chamber Members looking to bring people into their business, these events provide ‘after hours’ time to network with others (typically 5-7pm). The Vandalia-Butler Chamber of Commerce welcomes all business professionals to participate in our Business After Hours networking.  Grow your pool of contacts, build strong relationships, learn about area businesses and Move Business FORWARD! Workshops are held every Wednesday from 8:00-8:59am @ The Luther Lodge in Vandalia - 122 W. National Rd (behind St. John's Lutheran Church). Each week is a new, exclusive, personal growth workshop, providing unique value to Chamber members and guests (Yes, feel free to bring a guest!). These workshop topics are focused on: Personal Growth, Leadership Development, and Business Improvement. The newest way to network, learn from others, and BE A FORCE FOR GOOD! 

A WINgs experience like no other - Women In Business Conference, will engage business women from all across the Miami Valley. Join our host/emcee, Keynote speaker and other scheduled leaders for a conference experience that will have you building engagement, enriching your life, and empowering you to do even greater things. This annual conference held the last Tuesday in April is a powerful way to promote your business through sponsorship opportunity and engage with some of the strongest Women In Business throughout the region. You don’t want to miss this!

Join us on the last Friday in June at the Vandalia Rec Center for Vandalia’s Food Rally @ The Crossroads. This fun and exciting gathering celebrates food in all its delicious forms while bringing together food enthusiasts, local restaurants, food trucks, and the community. It's a culinary adventure that showcases a wide variety of dishes, flavors, and cuisines. LIVE MUSIC, Beverage Tent, Covered Seating, with FREE ADMISSION. Fun for the entire family! Feature your business and network with thousands that come out to support one of the Chamber’s largest event gatherings of the year. LET’S EAT!!!

Come celebrate our country's independence on July 3 at the Vandalia Sports Complex.  In addition to having an assortment of food trucks and live music, The Chamber runs a Beverage Tent and the Hickory River ‘Meat Wagon’. Opportunity to sponsor the beer tent and promote your brand to thousands that come out from 7-10pm.

Traditionally held the first Tuesday in August @ Cassel Hills Golf Club, this event is sure to sell out so get your team or business sponsor registered early! Several opportunities exist to participate, even if you are not a golfer.

This annual event featuring over 100 classic and modern cars takes place at York Commons from 4 pm to 8 pm mid-September! Mark your calendars and be one of the first 100 vehicles to receive a free Cruise-In to Butler Township t-shirt. Registration is free! There is live music, food trucks, a beer trailer, and other opportunities to participate and show off your business to the community. Bring a chair, sit back, and enjoy the show!

Butler Township kicks off the Fall Season traditionally the first weekend in October with their Party in the Park. Fun for the entire family all day from 12-6pm. Enjoy food trucks, craft vendors, a beverage tent, multiple live bands, and many other kid friendly and adult activities at Van Atta Park!

The City of Vandalia hosts this action-packed fall festival with live music performances, food trucks, craft beers, and many additional craft vendors. Bring the entire family and enjoy the Art Park and the Fall Festival have to offer from 12-6pm, on the second weekend in October.

The Jingle Mingle Holiday Celebration is a wonderful way to celebrate the holiday season, support local businesses, and give back to our community.
